Shipping

When will my order ship?

  • We try our best to process orders within 1-3 business days from the day they are placed, but please allow more time during the holidays. Your patience is truly appreciated *Also, note orders are NOT shipped on Wednesday, weekends, or holidays.

How long will it take to get my order?

  • For Domestic- once your order is dispatched, it typically takes an estimated 3-10 business days to deliver. **Please keep in mind that this is an estimated delivery time provided by our carriers (USPS). On rare occasions, your package can arrive outside the estimated timeframe.

I need to change something on my order. Can I do that?

  • Once your order has been placed we can not revise it.

Do you ship overseas?

What shipping carriers do you use?

  • We use USPS First-Class or Priority Mail for Domestic Shipping and International Shipping. 

Returns

Can I return my print and get a refund?

  • We’re sorry, but our return policy is not exchangeable. No Refunds. 

What if my print was damaged during the delivery process?

  • You must email a damage report within the 7-days you have received the package. After 7-days there will be no exception in a refund.  

  • If the package and print have been damaged significantly during the delivery process. You must email a damage report and send photo evidence to Nishiokanatalie@gmail.com to confirm the damage.

  • When the prints have been confirmed, you have a choice to get a refund or we will happily send you the same print without additional charges. You can keep the damaged print. 

What if I haven't received my print?

  • If your package has not arrived within 10 business days, please email Natalie (NishiokaNatalie@gmail.com), and we will contact USPS to find out where your package is, and we will let you know when it will be arriving.

  • Please be patient, there might be some delays because of the covid-19 pandemic, weather, or peak season.  

  • If USPS lost the package, we will offer you back a refund or we can send you the same item you purchased.

Why were units removed from my order? And why was I refunded?

  • We reserve the right to cancel items off your order that we are unable to fill. We apologize for the inconvenience.
