Nataliearth Art & Jewelry Studio is a small, locally owned art and jewelry studio based on Kauaʻi, Hawaiʻi. Our work includes original photography, art prints, handcrafted jewelry, and other creative goods. Many of our pieces are handmade in small quantities using natural, recycled, upcycled, and ethically sourced materials whenever possible. Because many of our products are handmade or produced in limited quantities, availability may vary.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including their colors, dimensions, materials, and appearance. Please keep in mind that:

• Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

• Handmade jewelry may have natural variations in color, texture, shape, and finish.

• Natural shells, gemstones, pearls, and other materials may vary from one piece to another.

• Photography prints may have slight differences in appearance depending on the paper, printing process, and size selected.

• Product dimensions are approximate unless otherwise specified.

These natural and handmade variations are part of what makes each Nataliearth piece unique and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and availability on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. Nataliearth reserves the right to correct pricing, descriptions, availability, or other errors at any time. If an item is purchased at an incorrect price due to an obvious website or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We also reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.

4. Purchases & Payment

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process your purchase, including your name, billing information, shipping address, and payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase. Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.​ Nataliearth reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including:

• Incorrect order information

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

• Suspected unlawful activity

• Other circumstances that may prevent us from safely or accurately fulfilling an order

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will receive a refund for the canceled portion of the order.

5. Shipping

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, holidays, peak shipping periods, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside of our control. 6. Returns & Exchanges

At this time, all sales are final. Nataliearth does not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review product descriptions, measurements, materials, and sizing information before purchasing. If you have questions about a product before placing an order, please contact us. We are happy to help you make an informed purchase. Damaged orders are handled separately according to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

7. Handmade Jewelry

Nataliearth jewelry is handcrafted and may include natural shells, gemstones, pearls, metals, and other materials. Natural materials may have variations in color, shape, texture, or markings. These variations are expected and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. Jewelry should be handled with care and kept away from excessive moisture, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and other substances that may affect certain materials. If your jewelry requires repair, please contact us before sending the item back. Repairs are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a repair fee.

All Nataliearth photography and artwork is original creative work unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a print or other physical artwork grants you ownership of the physical product only. It does not grant permission to reproduce, scan, photograph for commercial use, resell reproductions, or otherwise exploit the artwork commercially. For commercial licensing or other permitted uses of Nataliearth photography, please contact us directly.
