Order Process

Orders are processed within 1 - 3 working days from the day they are placed. However, please allow for more processing time during sales, holidays, and collection launches.

We try our best to get your order out as soon as possible and appreciate your patience. Please note orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following business day on Monday. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is dispatched from the Nataliearth home office.

 

Delivery

We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) on all of our orders. All orders are shipped from Lihue, HI 96766, United States, or from the Company Bay Photo in California.

 

Domestic

The typical transit time, once the order is dispatched, is 3 - 15 business days. However, expect delays during peak seasons.
