Return Policy 

What is your return policy?

  • Nataliearth does not process exchanges or refunds at this time.

 

What if my print has been damaged?

  • You must fill a damage report within the 7-days you have received the package. After 7-days there will be no exception in a refund.  

  • Suppose the package and print have been damaged significantly during the delivery process. You must fill a damage report and send photo evidence to HelloNataliearth@gmail.com to confirm the damage.

  • When the prints have been confirmed, you have a choice to get a refund, or she will happily send you the same print without additional charges. You can keep the damaged print.

What if I haven't received my print?

  • If your package has not arrived within the expected business days, please allow additional time (3-5 days). If the package still hasn't arrived, email Natalie (HelloNataliearth@gmail.com), and she will contact USPS to find out where your package is, and we will let you know when it will be arriving.

  • Please be patient; there might be some delays because of the covid-19 pandemic, weather, or peak season.  

  • If USPS lost the package, she can offer you a refund or send you the same item you purchased.
