On a Sunday morning, I probably should have chosen a different day—there were cars everywhere. But there I was, standing along the side of the road with my camera in hand, watching one car after another rush past. I had only a small window of opportunity, sometimes no more than 10 seconds, before the traffic would return. So I waited, watched, and tried to anticipate the perfect moment. I wanted to capture something that felt balanced and peaceful despite the constant movement around me.

When the opening finally came, everything seemed to line up. The road stretched forward in near-perfect symmetry, with parallel lines drawing the eye toward the distance. Monstera vines spilled down from the towering trees, softening the concrete and asphalt with a touch of wild greenery.

Above, sunlight filtered through the gaps in the canopy, illuminating the road ahead and creating a beautiful contrast between shadow and light. For just a moment, the busy road felt quiet and almost dreamlike. Sometimes the photograph is less about finding the perfect scene and more about patiently waiting for the world to fall into place.
